RRAD operates the AlzheimerÕs Day Care Center, the first
large-capacity dementia-specific adult day program in the US, the Rosa Elena
Childcare Center, and the Edmonson Living Center. The programs are operated
side-by-side allowing for intergenerational exchange.

organization which provides over $4 million in services for the aging in San
Mateo County, including over 100,000 hot meals to seniors and the homebound,
and touches over 4500 households through its programs: Meals on Wheels, Little
House – The Roslyn G. Morris Activity Center, Rosener House Adult Day
Services, and through Peninsula Volunteers Properties, Inc., provides low
income senior housing at Crane Place and Partridge/Kennedy Apartments.

Managed all administrative aspects
of this internet start-up company, including financial
reporting and analysis, budgeting, implementation of billing systems, project
management, and supervision of Operations staff.
á Directed move of company from
multiple home offices into San Bruno Office park by procuring location, working
with contractors, selecting and implementing phone and data systems, as well as
furniture and equipment selection and purchasing. Move was completed on time
and within budget.
á Implemented ASP-delivered billing
system by directing team of software and QA engineers, administrative and
accounting. The on time implementation resulted in automated and timely
customer invoicing, and the ability to track outstanding accounts receivables
for collection.
á Evaluated and implemented
replacement to above system upon the dissolution of the above provider by again
directing team of software and QA engineers, administrative and accounting
staff. Devised additional reporting system using SQL and Access. Implementation
was completed in 60 days and significantly under budget.

á Crime Aboard Aircraft Conference-Served on the planning committee
for this October 15, 1998 event attended by over 250 employees of various
airlines. The one day conference, sponsored by the FAA
and the US attorneyÕs Office, educated airline employees on the FAAÕs Crew
Interference Pilot Program for the Western Region.
á Health and Safety Team Leader-Responsible for domicile
achievement of sick leave and occupational leave goals, management and
administration of leaves and processes. Team effort resulted in 26% decrease in
illness absence.
á Division Meeting Planning Team
Leader-Responsible
for leading a team to coordinate a two day multi-media seminar for
approximately 1500 participants from around the globe.
á International Service
Training-Domicile Coordinator-Coordinated international service and safety training for
flight attendant population at San Francisco airport. Scheduled and trained
approximately 4500 flight attendants within a 12 month
period.
